Nothing fair about it...
CBS says it stands by the documents as there experts examined them before going on air. CBS should reveal who these experts are and how they determined the docs were authentic.
This whole business is just more of the democratic party playing to the *weak-minded*. Throw anything out there for a negative tone and by the time it is revealed to be false it is set in the mind and talked about around the water cooler as possible.
