This thread, post 47, is, as far as I know, the first mention of the discrepancies in these memos. Everything else on the Net seems to originate with this comment. It wouldn't be the first big story broken on the Free Republic board.

The Washington Post covers this story tomorrow. But we know where it was covered first.
