Iraq war illegal, says Annan (He must not have checked with our neocons!)
The United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan has told the BBC the US-led invasion of Iraq was an illegal act that contravened the UN charter.
He said the decision to take action in Iraq should have been made by the Security Council, not unilaterally.
Now watch the Konservative Kiddie Korp line up to disagree with Annan. They, after all, have read the newspapers. Or, act as if the post weren't here.
The US does all it can to gut the UN, and then makes fun of it when it's powerless. Come to think of it, every bully does that, doesn't it?
