All the credit belongs to WarGeorge. It ain't the media, it ain't the DNC. Not only that, but EXACTLY this scenario was predicatable and predicted, by many, many folks including the Egyptian, Saudis, "old" Europeans.
And it's come to pass.
And it's been obvious for a long, long time. April it was described my the US as the last, desperate attempt by the Baathists and Saddamists to disrupt the process with will lead to democracy, etc., etc.
That, too, was obviously not true.
Those folks don't like foreign troops driving tanks through their towns, shooting up crowds, not accountable to any of their folks any more than you or I would.
By the way. Saddam is gone. They'll probably hold his trial before the election. But he's gone. The mantra, "So you think Saddam was better, that the people were better off with Saddam" won't play. He's gone, Clinton isn't president, and it ain't the media or the RNC.
