I wrote the program but it belongs to NASA. It was used for designing MER's heatshield and numerous NASA proposals and design studies. The program can reproduce Mars Pathfinder's engineering telemetry dead nuts and reproduce the heat shield design for Pioneer Venus so its validity is pretty solid.
