IAEA Chief Says Cannot Rule Out Korea Nuke Blast
The question is...exactly what data does the US have on the blast? Most likely it is not only highly classified but compartmentalized as well at this point. If they know it was nuclear are we forming a plan of response as we hear Colin Powell hee and haw, with undefinitive, speculative statements?
Indeed, let's suppose it was a nuclear test. Do we take out their reactors? This might slow or prevent future construction, but would not necessarily eliminate any existing nukes they may still possess. Or will we pretend it was not a nuke and then hit the reactors anyway saying he was about to test one?
What would Jong's response be? Terrorist approach response in America? Attack Seoul? Hit our troops in NK? Throw a missile at Tokyo? Try and hit Alaska? Do nothing but sit and fume?
Still many questions and ew answers.
