I have ZERO doubt that the insane leaders of NK are working on nukes... however the chances of a nuke test, even a failed one, going undetected are very low. we have spent 40+ years developing tests to detect such actions. seismic data and radiological data would give the test away. No such evidence has been seen.

North Korea is insane and evil...you are just insane...
