I know even astronauts are human, but no one is going to go to Mars as a sudden surprise. They are going to have years of advance knowledge and training on the subject, including the problems you list.
I don't know about you, but I would endure them to explore the Red Planet, or anywhere else in space. Explorers in the old days put up with a lot of hardships that by comparison Mars-bound astronauts will be living in comparative luxury. Heck, they'll be doing better than so many people on Earth who have to go every day without a constant supply of food, clean water, and a place to sleep.
Anyone lucky enough to explore space should not complain about anything outside of some life-threatening event.

When one gets the brass ring, does one complain if it has a few tarnishes?
