I would hope that the Texas AG will force CBS to reveal who gave them the documents. The 1st Amendment does not cover them in the case of crimnal activity. There are also wire fraud issues to consider.

There's also the possibility of the FCC levying some pretty massive fines on CBS News, or even to revoke their license.
