What exactly is your definition of "ethnic cleansing?"

At some point shouldn't a population under a program of "ethnic cleansing" be somehow...you know...reduced in some way? Driven out? Removed? Cleansed?

Considering again, the drastic increase in the population of Palestinians in occupied territory, not to mention the approximately 1 million Palestinians who are actually Israeli citizens (a number that far exceeds the number of Jewish citizens of all the Middle Eastern Arab nations combined), if Israel has a program of ethnic cleansing, they really, REALLY suck at it.
