Powers can't be much better, though. And I-25 is impassable.
Two miles east of USAFA, eh? That's a great spot. I spent many a formative year on base there, hiking the canyons west of the base.
That got me going down memory lane. Do you ever see the glint from the remains of
the aircraft on the northeast side of Blodgett Peak? I remember seeing that at certain times of the year when the light was just right. Went up there in high school, nasty hike, but interesting to see the wreckage.
Softtronics is located (I believe) out west of I-25 on Garden of the Gods before it dead ends.
