Years ago, I remember a parody song, "Pray for me, I drive Academy!"

Actually, Academy Blvd isn't all that bad, other than having over 40 traffic lights between home and work. When I do take Academy, I tend to get stopped by at least half of them. I only go that way when there's a good reason.

Going to work at 6:30 AM, I take I-25. It only takes about 25 minutes to cover 18 miles. However, going home at 4:00 PM, I-25 is a parking lot. I take Powers home. It only has about 22 traffic lights, so it takes about 35-40 minutes to make it home. Of course, when it snows, all bets are off. You can easily double or triple the driving time.

Even though I've lived here almost 19 years, I'm not familiar with that airplane wreckage you mentioned. I'll have to look into it.
