Of course North Korea is different in a number of ways.
It has nukes. It has rockets. It is situated next to two larger allies, South Korea and Japan.
It has two words in it's name, not one.
And, it DOESN'T have oil. Neither does it threaten the oil infrastructure.
Diplomacy works for those places without oil.
But ya gotta own the places with.
And it doesn't take an IQ over 90 to understand that, but you probably are.
