Who said that Hussein was not planning to start up WMD production again?

Please point them out to us.

Maybe a more useful tract would have been if Bush, Clinton and this Bush had stopped Pakistan from selling nuclear bomb making technologies/information to North Korea and/or the few dozen other countries...

But, that would have required you NECONs and fellow travelers pulling your heads out of your butts.
