Unless (possibly) McAuliffe is planning on flooding the ballots boxes a la Venezuela and then steal power. So now he ignores the 911 Commission, his former boss, etc. It is almost too weird and risky for a responsible politico. I normally don't go for over the top conspiracies, but the deliberate and hurtful lies from the DNC - hurting our troops, our allies, and putting the Iraqis and our troops at greater risk - is almost too sick, unless they have something even darker in mind.
Simple venal sliminess almost won't explain it. But that is raw speculation on my part. In genral, the DNC has in fact opted for the simply the worst and dumbest strategies available. But this, added to Carter's descent to hackdom with his unfounded uninformed spew against Jeb Bush, is puzzling.
This really could be the ugliest election in our history, and the ugliness so far is driven by the DNC/Mainstream Media.
I wonder if it will work?
