It was a very good presentation, or representation and story of our early solar system with emphasis on the Earth and our moon and how life evolved. Very good. Mr. Neil DeGrasseTyson's way of narrating and telling a story reminded me of Carl Sagan :} I wish he would do more of these series for NOVA. The graphics were good, except that when he was talking about The Great Bombardment, I wish they could have shown the bigger picture... not just Earth, but other terrestrial planets were bombarded as well. They didn't forget to give lots of credit to geology and chemistry for putting the story together with good interviews from the fields (caves in New Mexico, North Pole, Berringer Crater.....)
The second part airs tonight 8-10pm ET on PBS.
