re: temp internet files
Internet Explorer doesn't seem to allow you to turn off the temp function completely, but you can set the space allotted to it to as little as 1 MB. That might keep things down a bit.
History files can also be tricky. Considering where research has taken me, never mind automatic link sites, I wouldn't like my history file published anywhere either. And I've got a big one. It's very important to me to see which sites I've been at, particularly on this board.
