The scientists are nearly certain. It is also likley to be near the surface and mostly water. The possible deep subsurface oceans on Titan and Triton would require high percentages of Ammonia which likely would strongly interfere with protein chemistry. Europa is a far better site to search for life in the near term than Titan or Triton.
