UN Troops.
For some reason the thought of a UN "army" is somewhat unnerving. Can't quite put my finger on it but the idea of handing the UN more authority after the Oil-for-Food debacle and the clear financial incentives for the France, Germany, and Russia to vote against us might have something to do with it.
On the other hand, UN forces "with teeth" might have been a way to forcibly search for WMD - short of war.
But I'm reminded of Justin's views:
1) It was a war to depose a dictator.
2) It was done for strategic advantage.
Probably true and just as unnerving imo.
