GW Bush was not particularly rich or powerful when he married Laura.
But you still don't understand the difference between rancher and cowboy, so what would one expect? Kerry's first wife: wealthy widow. his second: wealthy widow. Gigilo is a term strictly for slimeballs like Kerry.
