If a microscopic photo with a scale of a few mm reminds you of suoermacro photos at scales of a few micro-m, then what are to imagine is more confused - your eyes, your brain, or the length scales?
Unfortunately, in most things in life you don't get a free pass to extrapolate through 3-6 orders of magnitude without a good supporting argument.
