Did Garver or Seitzen get appointed to do this, or did they appoint themselves?

Whoever "wins" the Presidency, I don't see either of them getting appointed to be NASA Adminstrator.

ISS support in the Senate remains 65-33 or so.

Senate support for CAPS (the Comet and Asteroid Protection System) will be about the same, provided the middle east or something related to it does not blow up in the meantime.
