I'm seriously considering purchasing "MapTech Terrain Navigator Pro" from RockWare Inc. (There is a link on the left hand side of the page.) $295.00 a state. I'm going to check it out at their booth at the GSA conference...maybe they'll have a discount. If I can export and annotate the images I may have to break down and buy at least one state.
