Should the girl be stoned to death when she was raped?
Should she face death while the rapist faces only lashes?
Should any person face criminal penalties for being the VICTIM (not perpetrator) of violence?
The logic is simple:
Major premise: If a woman has sex outside of marriage she is to be killed.
Minor premises: She was raped. She was not married.
Lemma: Rape is involuntary sex. Thus, she participated in sex.
She participated in sex outside of marriage. By the major premise, she is to be put to death.
Purely logical, right?
To recap: She was raped. Thus, she had sex. She was not married. Therefore, she had sex outside of marriage. Therefore she must die. It is rather flawless, isn't it.
If this stoning is not intrinsicly evil, please explain how and why?

Her family is in FAVOR of stoning her, since it will restore the "family honor", whatever that means.
