Mentally incompetent, why didn't they say so.
The girl was probably victimized by her brother as is typical in Islamic culture. Sisters are fair game for frustrated boys and the girls usually know to keep their mouth shut. No doubt the boy goes on as if nothing happened.
This girl says no and at thirteen she is smart enough to see the injustice. Talk about martyrs, this will at least contribute to bringing down the sick, sick Iranian government
