Space/Science » in reply to re: I dont see how antiprotons could help medicine

1) I am not Raoul 2) I read the paper

and 3) No it did not explain the physics

As a grad student I gave a talk on the making of ant-hydrogen and how it could be used to test general relativity and quantum electrodynamics- that talk was longer and quite a bit more in depth than that paper, even though it was a power-point presentation.

If you want to read about the physics I suggest you look up papers in Phys. Rev. by Dr. Gabrielse... He was/probably still is, the leader in capturing and cooling anti-protons and trying to make cold anti-hydrogen.

My objection to it being used as a medical treatment still stands.

Raoul, that Belgian Bastard, stole my initials (If you are new here you may not know Raoul and I have had repeated good natured wars on this subject- in reality I consider Raoul to be one of the top contributors to the space board)
