If we could explain that to every terrorist and would-be terrorist, and to every government and to every nation, we could finally achieve some peace on this planet.
However, it appears there is more terrorism NOW after the "bring 'em on!" induction, than we ever hoped to dream for.
Certainly any off-planet civilization watching us can only sit back and laugh while we try to destroy ourselves or each other. Earth is certainly the outback prison of this part of the galaxy.
