Yup.

Oh, I've fired guns; but not often enough to really know what I'm doing. Were I to get one, rule number one is that I know how to use it blindfolded. And that goes for anyone with access to it. But how to keep it safe and be able to use it - quickly - when needed? Wasn't there some sort of biometric safety lock being developed?

Thing is, I like target shooting. Sometimes I bring a slingshot when backpacking and shoot small rocks at bigger rocks, far away. I'm pretty good with it. Liked archery at camp, too. Keep meaning to pick that back up again.

There is something about our brains that likes this. Do other primates? I'm prepared to be wrong, but I don't think so. We evolved throwing things at things. Is it hardwired?
