TNT has a detonation velocity of 6900 feet per second, C4's is 8100 fps- It is horribly destructive. I do not understand how we could NOT guard such a thing.... we are talking 380 TONS!! I briefly studied high explosives since I was interested in the idea of making a stand off detector for explosives using lasers.

How many truckloads is that?!! We didnt have ONE soldier there to say "hey gee lots of trucks picking up stuff from the C4 warehouses!"

Let me guess the trucks were camoflaged?

Shit, this is sounding like the keystone cops... this IS criminal!
