Of course, all that only reflects the deeply violent streak inherent in US society. So, if - as some of you like to brag - you're the world's highest example of civilization .. then how about behaving like it.
(P.S. pointing to other more barbaric countries and cultures as worse by comparison, is a non-starter - don't even bother. Ethics is intrinsic, not relative or comparative.)
