Just becuase a Dem Pres might do the same thing doesn't make it right.
Governments everywhere kowtow to economic power, even more so than to military power - witness Bush's Coalition of the Billing.
Doesn't mean it's right or honourable.
Sure, turf out Cuba - all the US loses out on are good cigars and cheap vacations. Turf out China, with it's horrendous history of abuse (current ain't so great either) and ther goes billions in trade.
