A lot of information out there now, but Belmont Club ties it up pretty good.

Kerry is still running with this, assuming (not unreasonably) that his target constituency won't know any better.

BTW, those who still instinctively fall on their knees when the United Nations is mentioned, might want to take a look at this example of their competence.
