Kerry will cut and run after planting a fig leaf over the naked Emperor of his policy.
He will call a UN/axis of weasels conference, legitmize the terrorists, and pull the rug out from under the provisional government. He will turn a blind eye as the people who worked and fought for freedom in Iraq are slaughtered. Then he will try and buy off Iran, a la Carter/clinton/North Korea and declare peace in our time until the nuclear blackmail from Iran puts at least part of Iraq into Iran's control. And Kerry is so good at denial, he may even then pretend that he has not helped tyranny prevail in the ME.
