With out the will to "Dominate space", the money to develop a new shuttle won't be there.
I get the feeling that a Kerry administration wouldn't work for "American Dominance" anywhere, especially in space. For Kerry, "American Dominance" seems to be against everything he stands for.
Space will belong to the bold. Anyone else will be crushed by it one way or another.
