Okay! Here we go.

I'll repeat them one more time:

July 4, 2004, first prediction:

Bush is going to blow Kerry clean out of the water. It won't be close.

...If he does win, the Left will lose what's left of its mind. It won't be pretty.

Okay, I didn't get this one. I wouldn't call a three-point margin in popular votes or the current who-knows electoral vote margin a landslide, at least by my definition of the word. I suspect a similar margin for Kerry would be a "landslide" in every paper in the country, but that's not relevant. Interestingly, Bush has gotten more votes by raw numbers this time than any other president, and that three point margin is over three and a half million votes. I think we can put the "unelected president" meme to bed.

Jury's still out on the second part. ;)

August 9, 2004, second prediction:

- the media will report a "neck and neck race" all the way up to election day.

I would say I get 100 percent on that one. Like that was hard to predict. The mainstream media wanted Kerry to win. Badly. It showed last night.

- Bush's victory will utterly blindside the Left. They will not believe it, and will immediately seize on any and all conspiracy theories to explain it.

As with the earlier one, jury's still out on this one. I haven't really looked around yet, and it still has to soak in.

- There will be fire and riots in places.

No, thank God. Dead wrong on this one, and damned glad of it.

- The Democratic lawyers will attack. It won't work, and they may discover that the American people are not all that happy with that tactic any more.

The margins were too great for this to really happen, although they were almost ready to give this a shot in Ohio, and were sure ready to give it a shot if it looked like it would work. Still, since Kerry is apparently conceding, I get a zero on this one, too.

August 31, 2004, third prediction:

Bush. 40 states. Minimum.

Okay, blew that one. Looks more like 30. Dang.

September 19, 2004, fourth prediction:

...in November the Republicans will be picking up seats in the House and Senate, too.

I get a win on this one, in spades. Daschle down, too!

Okay, like you say, Nostradamus I ain't. But by gosh, that crow tastes pretty good for some reason. ;)
