Original sources, even Senate and Congressional bills which are full of unnecessary verbiage, are always superior to the Cliff Notes.
I will say that an advocacy group is not a bad place to get analysis, as long as you get an equal and opposite analysis from another advocacy group on the other side. It's entertaining, in fact, and gives one an opportunity to see on what points, if any, there's already agreement.
