Well, for starters, given the largely artificial "Blue/Red State" division, you have absolutely no evidence that the people in Blue states who are paying all the taxes actually are the ones who voted Democrat (the rich are a minority, in any color state). Nor do you have any real evidence that the tax-eaters in Red states are the ones who voted Republican.
There's a lot of assumptions being made all along the line.
I just thought the wealth-redistribution complaint from a Democrat was ironic, considering that most Democrats consider wealth redistribution a high moral virtue.
