Bad news for the JIMO project.

I just read a column at Spacedaily.com stating that
someone with close ties to the project indicates that the project is both [financially and technically] unfeasible at present.

More damning is the implicitly hinted-at complaint by the insider
that those who administer JIMO, particularily the NASA leadership,
know that that is the case, deliberately continuing to waste millions of dollars on a project that will inevitably be cancelled.

If the spacedaily.com story has any validity then the NASA leadership
better come clean and not deliberately waste billions of dollars
on the doomed project in years to come; billions that could AND SHOULD otherwise go to the manned moonbase project that George W. Bush has espoused, if not sponsered.

Yes! I'm a "moon-first" advocate, I'm proud to say.
