I read both reports and am disgusted as well. The incident with the 6 yr. old boy happened at school when the principal called police because the kid had a shard of glass and had cut himself below the eye. The cop figured the easiest way to subdue the boy was by shocking him with 50,000 volts. Guess that might have hurt the boy just a tad more.....and as an already disturbed child, I think I see his problems increasing. Even his mom said it was excessive force. Bet the cop wasn't much older than the kid....huh?

Second thing was another cop shot a 12 yr. old girl who had been drinking and was running across a parking lot trying to get away from him. Guess you could say I think it was the cop who needs to be chastised and go into bingo re-hab.

They designed these tasers to be used because they are non-lethal.
I think they are being abused.
