Clarke had claimed that records of his testimony would show that he had strongly warned Rice about Al Quaeda attack on the US and that he offered testimony that contained plans for dealing with such an eventuality. Now that the record is released no such BS claim is evident. Inexplicably, the legacy media is not running daily stories on this absense of evidence supporting Clarke's position, a position that they so breathlessly trumpeted months ago.
The only explaination I can offer is that US media execs do agree that Clarke was SO thoroughly discredited previously that this latest release of evidence completely discrediting his claims is therefore non-news.
Current Events » in reply to So, liking what he said in his testimony equals discrediting his testimony?
Yes, since what he claimed he'd said is NOT there
