yeah, but a fair number of those people went over the edge in 2000, for very good reason - once you loose trust in the fairness of vote counts, it's tough to get it back -
they are going to have to convince themselves that it was fair this time, and any effort to discourage them from doing so will instead simply convince them that they are right
generally, the mistrust centers on computer balloting with no paper trail - there is one system which does this well, and it should be more widely used -
