The USSC ended all laws about sodomy several years ago.
Please list the state where homosexuality is still illegal. And, BTW, homosexuality has been outlawed in communist atheist countires before, like in Cuba.
Evolution is taught in every state, and any school district that considers dumping it is rightly pointed out for ridicule nationally.
If you study the theology of Christianity at all, one of the first things rationalized is the ending of the Levitical laws. And I am not aware of even any Jewish sects that would still abide by or apply the harsh Levitical laws you refer to.
