Horrible effects of "Microbursts"........

These seem to be coming more common this past decade or two.
Earth's atmosphere is becoming more unstable. Is it through climate change? Global warming?
Are the effects of HAARP increasing the severity and destruction of these microbursts??

Makes you wonder what Tunguska was all about a century ago. Certainly looks similiar, and there are many different theories as to what caused such massive devastation back then.
