Sorry, but Thanksgiving isn't known in Belgium and I didn't want to post anything about it when it took place.
The Moon:
Thanks to its existence, the Earth's axis has remained stable, favorizing life on Earth.
The Moon is very close to us: any living being with eyes, can see it while it ignores anything below the horizon of its own planet.
The Moon has inspired humans for all kinds of reasons: poets and lovers for its light in the dark, its coming and going, its shape changing.
Scientists and authors for it becoming a goal and strive better in science and technology.
Its difference from Earth in order to learn about extremes in space, about how to take advantage from its place, its composition, its environment.
The Moon could become a central station for spacecrafts pushed across the solar system by a magnetized plasma beam emitted from the Moon ground.
And there's the Earth from the Moon; its view.
