I believe that the 'Appeal to Yetis' line of argument is certifiably my baby, at least here. Its certainly an open source license, but please do respect the Yeti (claims about the order of words aside....). Otherwise I'll have to send my hit squad of crack Iraqi Al-Qaeda wmd-armed assassins after you, that I have in my basement next to my Yeti and 'gray' alien.
