When will the 19,000 mainly unarmored HVs be armored, then? At this rate: never. 450 new armored ones per month sounds ok, but are they retiring the others? Or waiting for them to be blown up and then replacing them with new ones? The soldiers in the piece aparantly don't have access to these armor upgrade kits.

Doing everything humanly possible? This is BS. America can do better.

And pointing out that even with armor, they might get blown up anyway is just stupid.
