You can make a case for the disclaimers in school books being a waste of taxpayer dollars. That this whole thing is a result of the dog's breakfast of having education be a function of the State is a whole different thread.

I don't see how many taxpayer dollars would be used up by plopping some silly-ass book in a park bookstore among many other books.
