If nothing else...
I would hope that this gets voters off their fat asses and to the polling places next election. Geez, you'd think Florida 2000 would have been enough to convince people that a few votes can make a difference.
Between absentee ballots and convenient polling places, there really isn't much excuse for not voting.
On the other hand, I suppose you can make a valid case that people who care that little about it maybe shouldn't be voting in the first place. I'd have to think about that a while.
