Well - you get different glares and highlights from each filter - as only taken tens of seconds apart - the glares change quite a bit because of the angles etc etc. - and because of the way the raw jpg's get histogram treatments before being dumped onto the raw jpl site - glares can get exagerated quite a bit - all in all it adds up to some fairly shocking image quality.
I have a 'match image' colour profile in photoshop that fudges them from horrid-blue-sky nightmares into something a little more reasonable!
