There ain't no free market neither. Sorry to break this news flash to you but markets everywhere are controlled, restricted, and monitored.

If your thinking is based on the "free market" you must be smoking those funny cigarettes from your basement again. The China "Capitalistic" miracle, the India GDP spurt are based on government entreprenuership more than any recognizable form of free market activity that Adam Smith would recognize.

Remember Time Mag. commented on the Japanese "free market" not by reference to Toyota, Nissan, or any other corporation, cartel or individual. No they based their examination on "Japan Inc." Subsidy was given to exporters to help them gain "market share."

We have no examples of the operation of a "free market." We have only examples of Corporatism in which governments and business interests use one hand to scratch each other's backs, and the other to pick each other's pockets.

You are not looking at the reality of markets.
